1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Accoswap (“Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Accoswap reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Nature of the Platform
Accoswap operates as an online digital asset marketplace facilitating secure transactions between buyers and sellers of social media accounts and other digital properties.
Accoswap acts solely as an intermediary.
We do not permanently own or claim ownership of listed accounts.
All transactions are processed through our internal escrow system.
Listings are manually reviewed prior to approval.
A listing is considered sold once escrow funding is completed.
Accoswap is not affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any other third-party platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Accoswap.
By registering, you represent and warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
All information provided is accurate and truthful.
4. Escrow Process
All transactions are conducted through Accoswap’s internal escrow system.
The buyer funds the escrow.
Funds are securely held during the ownership transfer process.
The seller transfers account ownership under escrow supervision.
Ownership is released to the buyer upon successful verification.
For platforms such as YouTube, escrow duration may extend up to seven (7) days depending on platform-specific ownership transfer policies.
Escrow cancellation authority rests solely with Accoswap administration.
5. Fees and Commission
Accoswap charges a 15% escrow commission fee based on the final agreed transaction price.
Buyer and seller may mutually decide how the fee is allocated.
No listing fees apply.
If escrow is cancelled for valid reasons as determined by Accoswap, the full transaction amount and escrow fees will be refunded.
6. Refunds and Disputes
Disputes between buyers and sellers are reviewed and resolved internally by Accoswap’s compliance team. The Platform does not engage independent arbitrators.
Refunds may be granted if:
Ownership is revoked during escrow.
The account encounters verified platform-level issues during the transfer process.
The issue was not caused by buyer actions or modifications.
If the buyer makes unauthorized changes or engages in activity that leads to account issues during escrow, refunds may be denied.
All administrative decisions are final.
7. Wallet System
Users may:
Deposit funds into their platform wallet.
Use wallet balance to fund escrow transactions.
Withdraw unused wallet balance at any time.
Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
During disputes or investigations, wallet balances may be temporarily frozen until resolution.
8. Payments
Accoswap supports:
Bank transfers
Cryptocurrency payments
Manual payment arrangements via PayPal or Wise when necessary
Accoswap does not store credit card information.
International transactions are supported.
9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Sell stolen or unauthorized accounts
Engage in copyright infringement
List accounts with fake engagement or manipulated metrics
Impersonate individuals or entities
Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
Post illegal, hateful, or prohibited content
Violate third-party platform policies
Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Accoswap applies a progressive enforcement model:
First violation: Warning
Second violation: Temporary suspension
Repeated or serious violations: Permanent ban
Accoswap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Funds may be frozen during investigations.
11. Risk Disclaimer
Accoswap is not affiliated with any social media or digital platform.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
Social media platforms may suspend or restrict transferred accounts.
Policy changes by third-party platforms are beyond Accoswap’s control.
Buyers assume the risk of future platform enforcement actions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accoswap shall not be liable for:
Third-party platform enforcement actions
Account suspensions or terminations by external platforms
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
