ACCOSWAP TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using AccoSwap ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. AccoSwap reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using AccoSwap, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Nature of the Platform

AccoSwap operates as an online digital asset marketplace facilitating secure transactions between buyers and sellers of social media accounts and other digital properties.

• AccoSwap acts solely as a neutral intermediary between buyers and sellers
• We do not permanently own or claim ownership of any listed accounts
• All transactions are processed through our internal escrow system
• Listings are manually reviewed and verified prior to approval
• A listing is considered sold once escrow funding is fully completed

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AccoSwap. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• All information provided during registration is accurate and truthful
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times

4. Escrow Process

All transactions on AccoSwap are conducted through our secure internal escrow system to protect both buyers and sellers:

• The buyer funds the escrow to initiate the transaction
• Funds are securely held during the entire ownership transfer process
• The seller transfers account ownership under escrow supervision
• Ownership is released to the buyer upon successful verification

5. Fees & Commission

AccoSwap charges a commission fee to facilitate secure transactions:

• 10% escrow commission fee based on the final agreed transaction price
• Buyer and seller may mutually decide how the fee is allocated
• No listing fees are charged to sellers
• If escrow is cancelled for valid reasons as determined by AccoSwap, the full transaction amount and escrow fees will be refunded

6. Refunds & Disputes

Disputes between buyers and sellers are reviewed and resolved internally by AccoSwap's compliance team. Refunds may be granted if:

• Account ownership is revoked or reversed during the escrow period
• The account encounters verified platform-level issues during the transfer process
• The issue was not caused by buyer actions or unauthorized modifications

7. Wallet System

AccoSwap provides an internal wallet system for seamless transactions:

• Deposit funds into your platform wallet at any time
• Use wallet balance to fund escrow transactions instantly
• Withdraw unused wallet balance at any time
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days

Note: During active disputes or ongoing investigations, wallet balances may be temporarily frozen until full resolution.

8. Supported Payment Methods

AccoSwap supports the following payment methods:

• Bank transfers (domestic and international)
• Cryptocurrency payments
• Manual payment arrangements via PayPal or Wise (where applicable)

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace, users are strictly prohibited from:

• Selling stolen, hacked, or unauthorized accounts
• Engaging in copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Listing accounts with fake engagement, bots, or manipulated metrics
• Impersonating any individual, brand, or entity
• Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices of any kind
• Posting illegal, hateful, or prohibited content on the platform
• Violating third-party platform terms of service

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

AccoSwap applies a progressive enforcement model to ensure platform integrity:

• First violation: Formal warning issued
• Second violation: Temporary account suspension
• Repeated or serious violations: Permanent ban with possible fund freeze

AccoSwap reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion. Funds may be frozen during active investigations.

11. Risk Disclaimer

AccoSwap is not affiliated with any social media or digital platform. Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Social media platforms may suspend or restrict transferred accounts at any time
• Policy changes by third-party platforms are beyond AccoSwap's control
• Buyers assume full responsibility for future platform enforcement actions
• AccoSwap cannot guarantee the long-term standing of any transferred account

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AccoSwap shall not be liable for:

• Third-party platform enforcement actions against transferred accounts
• Account suspensions or terminations by external platforms post-transfer
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AccoSwap operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through AccoSwap's internal dispute resolution process and, where necessary, submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
